Hey Dustin, I just wanted to thank you for all your help with mental game via the first HS Elite Libero Clinic and the Libero academy. I had a really rough first day at tryouts and felt that my talents weren't being as recognized by coaches. I went home, complained, got all upset, and blamed everyone but myself. However, it was after that when I watched the NCAAW Elite film where you reminded me of the Dichotomy of Control and to just focus on my play and the things that I could control. I came back the next day, started on the second court, played my game, and got moved up to the first court and killed it before being offered a spot on the 2s team as a Libero. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Hey Dustin, I just finished Taichi's 7 Day Course and it opened my mind to so many other skillsets I can work on to incorporate into my play. It's really an awesome addition to the courses already there! I'm loving all the content that's being pumped so far, and all the events you've held that you allowed me to be a part of. Thanks to the 1v1's, Libero Academy, and the Tribe events you allowed me to be a part of, I am beginning to see my true potential come into fruition! My job as a college libero isn't over yet, but best believe I'm going out of my last year with a bang! I hope everything is going well for you in Poland and looking forward to seeing you in other events in the future! Keep working hard in Poland, and I'll do the same here!

Hey Dustin, from Australia here! Up until March I was fine passing floats standing still up until I moved to DIV 1. Everyone was significantly older that me and had more experience than me, I STRUGGLED to perform the standards that I wanted to play at. I began to incorporate the split step into my play a couple months ago. I POPPED off at State Trials, I got selected and I am forever grateful for your insights on the split step. I expected a 45 minute seminar this morning (Australia time) and you went above and beyond. Your passion to play, learn and teach volleyball is more than inspiring. I'm planning on getting the Libero academy. School Holidays are coming up and I'm going to buy the monthly plan and DIVE into the content. I'm excited for what the future holds! Thanks Dustin

Learn the split step and become a more confident float serve passer

The Libero position is the leader of the back row on the volleyball team. It can take years of experience and thousands of reps to develop into a confident, assertive and aggressive libero. But not everyone started when they were 9 years old.

Luckily, you can save years of playing by learning the secrets that professional liberos use to help you understand the why and how for float serve passing.

One of the first pro-level secrets to learn to quickly improve your game is understanding and incorporating the split step into your float serve preparation. The split step is a small hop players take that primes their body and legs so when they get to the ball they're balanced on contact.

Understanding the 'tier 3 split step" will help you be more balanced and responsive, understanding and using the 'tier 4 split step" will empower you to take half the court and pass more balls in the 'sweet spot.'
